Goolengook Forest investigation

Notification of withdrawal of request to investigate the Goolengook Forest
On 21 December 2006, VEAC received advice from the Minister for Water, Environment and Climate Change of the withdrawal of the request to investigate the Goolengook Forest. The withdrawal was signed by the Minister on 15 December 2006 and is pursuant to section 15(6)(b) of the Victorian Environmental Assessment Council Act 2001.
