About Submissions
Submissions in response to Notice of Investigation
The first submission period closed on 20 February 2012. Submissions received by VEAC will be placed on the website shortly.
The submissions received will help develop the draft proposals paper due for release later in the year. There will be further opportunities for submissions following the release of the draft proposals paper.
The name of the submitter will be identified as part of each published submission, but personal contact details will be removed before publishing. If there are exceptional circumstances that require confidentiality, please contact VEAC before making your submission. Material that VEAC considers to be potentially defamatory or could impact on the privacy of individuals will be removed from submissions.
Submissions may also be stored and used by VEAC or the Department of Sustainability and Environment for purposes relating to the Yellingbo Investigation and subsequent government consideration of matters relating to the investigation.
You can still register your interest in the investigation online here or by contacting us. There will be a further opportunity to make a submission following the publication of the Draft Proposals Paper.
