This report contains the full text of the Land Conservation Council's
final recommendations for the Latrobe Valley Special Investigation.
These provide an ongoing framework for use of public land in the
Latrobe Valley.
The recommendations
in the text have been edited to reflect government variations and
amendments at the time of approval, and subsequent changes.
The recommendations
are grouped under major headings, such as Flora and Fauna Reserves,
Bushland Reserves, Recreation, State forest and so on. Key recommendations
include uses for the surplus land of the State Electricity Commission
of Victoria such as flora and fauna reserves, recreation, softwood
production and state forest.
Note that recommendation

h12 - H40 and part D4 were revoked in 1995.
The pdf map
of the recommendations is a scanned version of the map as originally
